Dr. André Marse D.C.

Founder & treating chiropractor

André graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas and built his Fort Worth practice around one conviction: most chronic pain has a structural answer that a routine adjustment alone will not reach. Twenty-one years later, 369 patients are giving him 4.8 stars — and most say the same thing: one visit and they finally felt heard.

Why patients choose us

The Peak difference.

Pettibon System
One of the few Fort Worth providers trained in this postural correction protocol. It addresses the structural patterns causing recurring pain — not just the symptoms in front of us today.
Myofascial depth
Tissue prep before every adjustment. Myofascial release breaks the adhesions and restrictions that cause adjustments to lose their hold within days.
Same-day treatment
Most patients receive their first adjustment the same day they walk in. We do not make you wait a week for a treatment plan and another week for care to begin.
No care-plan pressure
You will leave your first visit with an honest timeline, not a pre-sold 40-visit package. When you do not need to come back, we will say so.
What brings people in

Conditions we treat every week.

Most patients who find their way to Peak Chiropractic have already tried something else — rest, anti-inflammatories, or a chiropractor who adjusted them and sent them home. We dig deeper.

No. 01

Lower back pain

Disc-related, postural, or muscle-driven. The Pettibon assessment identifies which before the first adjustment — so the approach is right from day one.

No. 02

Neck pain & whiplash

Post-accident whiplash, forward-head syndrome, and chronic stiffness that radiates into the shoulders and upper back.

No. 03

Postural correction

Pettibon is one of the few systems that addresses the structural root of recurring pain — not just the flare-up in front of you.

No. 04

Sciatica & disc pain

Radiating leg pain, numbness, or tingling from L4–S1. Paired with spinal decompression for disc-related cases.

No. 05

Sports injuries

Soft-tissue and structural work for athletes who want to train hard without the recurring breakdowns.

No. 06

Auto-accident recovery

Thorough documentation for your attorney or adjuster. A recovery plan with a clear end-point, not one that drags.

No. 07

Headaches & migraine

Cervicogenic headaches driven by upper-cervical tension respond well to both adjustment and myofascial work on the suboccipitals.

No. 08

Shoulder & rotator cuff

Soft-tissue therapy and joint mobilization for overhead athletes, desk workers, and post-surgical rehab cases.

No. 09

Joint pain & arthritis

Conservative management to maintain mobility and reduce inflammation — without injections or surgery.

No. 10

Hip & knee pain

Sacroiliac dysfunction, IT band, and hip imbalances that show up downstream in the knee. Treated at the source.

No. 11

Plantar fasciitis

Targeted myofascial and soft-tissue release for stubborn heel pain that has not responded to rest or orthotics alone.

No. 12

Work-injury rehab

Workers' comp documentation handled properly. A realistic return-to-work timeline without unnecessary prolonging.

Treatment approach

Assess the structure.
Release the tissue. Then adjust.

Dr. Marse sequences treatment deliberately — postural assessment before any adjustment, tissue prep before manipulation, corrective exercise to lock in the correction. It takes longer on day one. Patients stay better for it.

Tool · 01

Pettibon System

A science-based postural correction protocol addressing the three-dimensional structural patterns driving recurring pain. One of the few systems with peer-reviewed outcomes data — and one very few Fort Worth providers are trained to use.

Tool · 02

Chiropractic adjustments

Diversified manual technique, drop-table, and instrument-assisted work for sensitive cases. The technique is matched to the patient and the finding — not applied by default.

Tool · 03

Myofascial release

Hands-on fascial work that breaks adhesions and restores tissue mobility before adjustment. Most patients feel the difference in range of motion before they leave the table.

Tool · 04

Soft-tissue therapy

Instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM) for tendons, ligaments, and chronic muscle tension. Especially effective on repetitive-use injuries and post-surgical scar tissue.

Tool · 05

Spinal decompression

Non-surgical, motorized traction for lumbar and cervical disc compression. Takes pressure off a nerve root where an adjustment alone cannot reach — fifteen to twenty comfortable minutes.

Tool · 06

Corrective exercises & home rehab

Specific, Pettibon-based exercises you can do at home in under ten minutes. We give you what will hold the correction — not a generic printout.

Tool · 07

Health & wellness counseling

Ergonomics, movement habits, and lifestyle adjustments that support structural health between visits. The goal is fewer appointments, not more.

"Your spine is not a subscription. When you do not need to come back, I will be the one to tell you."

  3. 3

    Postural assessment & exam

Pettibon structural analysis, orthopedic and neurologic tests, and X-rays if indicated. The assessment that tells us which approach is right — before any adjustment.

  4. 4

    Honest plan

You will leave with a clear plan, a realistic timeline, and an answer to "how long?" — not a pre-sold package or vague "we'll see."

"

I walked in not being able to turn my head and walked out with full range of motion. Dr. Marse explained exactly what was happening and had me feeling better in a single visit. I have not been back to another chiropractor since.

T. Harrison · Neck pain & mobility
"

He is the most thorough chiropractor I have ever seen. He took X-rays, explained the postural issues causing my back pain, and built a real plan — not just "come back three times a week forever."

M. Castillo · Chronic lower back pain
"

After my accident I had constant shoulder and neck pain for months. Dr. Marse worked through it systematically — myofascial first, then adjustments — and I felt the difference after the second visit.

R. Nguyen · Auto-accident recovery
"

The whole staff is professional and Dr. Marse genuinely listens. He does not rush you. He explains what he finds, what he is going to do, and why. That alone puts him in a different class.

Common questions

What new patients usually ask first.

If the question on your mind is not here, just call us — we would rather answer it now than have you guess.

What is the Pettibon System and why does it matter?

The Pettibon System is a postural correction protocol backed by peer-reviewed research. Instead of only adjusting the joint that hurts, it addresses the underlying structural patterns — forward-head posture, lateral shifts, curve loss — that cause pain to keep returning. Most general chiropractors do not use it.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what is wrong and how long it has been there. After the initial exam Dr. Marse will give you a realistic plan with a clear end-point. We do not pre-sell packages or auto-renew care plans.

Will I be treated on my first visit?

Most patients receive treatment the same day. The first visit includes a thorough exam, postural assessment, and X-rays if indicated — and we begin treatment as soon as we understand what we are working with.

What is myofascial release and do I need it?

Myofascial release is hands-on work on the connective tissue surrounding muscles. It breaks adhesions and restores mobility that adjustment alone cannot reach. If your pain is tied to soft-tissue restriction, Dr. Marse addresses it before adjusting — so the adjustment holds.

Do I need a referral?

No. Chiropractors are primary-contact providers in Texas. Call us directly — no referral required.

I have been to other chiropractors and it never lasted. Why would this be different?

If your pain keeps returning after adjustments, it is almost always a structural or soft-tissue pattern that was never addressed. The Pettibon System and myofascial work exist precisely for this situation. Tell us what was tried before and we will be honest about whether we can do better.

Will the adjustment hurt?

The sound is usually more startling than the sensation. If you are apprehensive about high-velocity techniques, gentler options — drop-table, instrument-assisted — work just as well for most conditions. Dr. Marse explains every move before it happens.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major plans including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United, Humana, Ambetter, and many auto and workers' comp policies. Bring your card and we will verify your benefits before you ever swipe.
